Position: Registered Nurse – Full-Time
Location: Springfield, MA
Rate of Pay: $32.00 per hour
Hours: Day Shift

Summary:
• The Health Services Specialist relies on previous work experience and works under limited supervision, using knowledge of clinical practices to assist members with health and occupational or physical therapy activities. This position ensures programmatic and contractual obligations are met and assists with program organization, program expansion, preparation and trainings of staff who will be implementing program activities in other areas. Retired RN’s, recently graduated RN’s, and RN’s seeking flexible, day shift schedules are strongly encouraged to apply!

Qualifications:
• Must hold a MA RN license
• At least 3 years of previous direct care experience preferred, and 1 year of human services experience desired
• Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and a reliable vehicle
• Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and listening skills.
• Ability to conduct clinical eligibility assessments for adult foster care members
• Ability to complete prior authorizations
• Ability to work under limited supervision
• Demonstrated reliability and dependability
