Rehabilitation Therapy

PAY BREAKDOWN:
WEEKLY GROSS: $2,145 BASED ON 36hrs(3*12) HOURS
W2 (TAXABLE AMOUNT): $20.50/HR
W2 PAY RATE OT (OVER TIME): $30.75/HR
CONTRACT- 13 WEEKS
PER-DIEM (NON-TAXABLE): $1,407 WEEKLY STIPEND.
