Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nephrology nursing and be dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.

Responsibilities:

Assess patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
Administer prescribed dialysis treatments according to physician orders and unit protocols.
Monitor patients for any signs of complications during treatment and take appropriate action.
Educate patients and their families about dialysis treatment, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes.
Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to ensure patient safety.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care.
