Required Qualifications
1. CA license in hand (#, expiration)
2. BLS
3. Must have SSN & DOB
4. 2 Current References (Within the last 12 months)
5. RTO at time of RFO

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
