Job Title: CVOR Registered Nurse - OR RN for Cardiac Surgeries

Location: Roanoke, Virginia

Job Type: 13 weeks, with possibility of extension

Shift: Day shift, 4x10-hour days (06:45 - 17:15), some overtime and weekend call required

Start Date: 5/12

Job Description:

A prominent healthcare institution located in Roanoke, Virginia, is seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac surgical procedures and possess the necessary skills to scrub for cardiac surgeries.

Responsibilities:

Scrubbing for cardiac surgical procedures, demonstrating proficiency in assisting surgeons during operations.
Providing high-quality patient care before, during, and after cardiac surgeries.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Adhering to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Participating in on-call rotations and weekend call as required.
