Travel Stepdown RN - Parkersburg, WV

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Step Down Registered Nurse to join our team. The Step Down RN will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care to patients who are transitioning from intensive care to a general care environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and a passion for delivering compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor patients in the Step Down unit
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed
