Remote Nurse Manager
If you're a nurse who likes the idea of working from home on your computer making phone calls to patients then this job is for you! Our nurse managers call and text our patients to help improve their health.
Duties with patients include:
- helping manage medications
- working to improve diet and exercise
- coordinating care between providers
- general encouragement and accountability
Our nurses get to work with the same patients over the phone month after month, establishing a bond with patients the leads to long term improvement in patient health.
