Position Overview:
Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Vestal, NY is urgently seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team. We have immediate openings for LPNs on all shifts (1st shift 6:45am-3:15pm, 2nd shift 2:45pm-11:15pm, 3rd shift 10:45pm-7:15am). The facility is also open to considering 12-hour shifts as an alternative to 8-hour shifts, and block scheduling options are available.

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to residents under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the appropriate medical personnel.
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal assistance.
Document resident care and medication administration accurately and timely.
Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Qualifications:

Valid LPN license in the state of New York.
CPR certification required.
Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
