VA FACILITY - ICU TRAVEL RN - HOUSTON, TEXAS

Requirements
SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: This contract requires the services of RNs in various areas of MEDVAMC. In addition to the basic qualifications mentioned above, each area requires specific knowledge/qualifications, which are identified below. The experience required should be within the past five (5) years: RN (Specialty Care –SICU/ CCU/MICU/ ICU/PACU/Cath Lab/Bronch, Emergency Department & Stepdown)

7.1.1. Current ACLS Certification ( SICU/ IMCU/ CCU/ ICU, Stepdown, and Emergency Room.

7.1.2. Current BLS Certification

7.1.3. One (1) year experience in Critical Care Nursing

7.1.4. Note: Contract nurse(s) performing services on this contract may not provide nursing services or pickup additional shifts at other health care systems/medical centerslocated within the Houston, Texas area concurrently will be providing services at MEDVAMC unless getting approval/authorization by designated VA personnel to do so.
