10 Staff ICU RN NEEDED ASAP - Retention Bonus and Relocation Reimbursement

-Pay Range: $33-$43.92/HR
-Annual retention bonus of $3,500 - paid out every six months
-Up to $3,000 of relocation reimbursement (must relocate from a location at least an hour away to qualify)
-Shift premiums: $5/hour for nights, $5/hour for weekends = $10/hour for nights + weekends


As a Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate care at the bedside of our patients every day. You will be responsible for:
• Effectively managing the care of assigned patients using knowledge, skills, judgment, and decision-making skills for the specific area and patient population
• Delivering patient care utilizing standardized evidenced-based guidelines of care and appropriate resources, including personnel, services, supplies and equipment
• Communicating, collaborating, and functioning with other members of the health team to provide optimum care
