2nd Shift Licensed Practical Nurse

Up to a $17,500 Bonus for Licensed Practical Nurses that are new to state service and remain with the facility for 2 years.
$10,000 sign on bonus will be awarded to new hires to state service with a one-year written agreement required.
An additional $7,500 retention bonus will be awarded to new hires who are hired after December 10, 2023. The retention bonus will be paid out one year after hire date and require a one-year written agreement.
Competitive Shift Differentials
1st shift weekend-$3.00 per hour
2nd shift-weekday-$3.50 per hour/2nd shift weekend/holidays-$3.50 per hour
3rd shift-weekday-$2.50 per hour/3rd shift weekend/holidays-$4.00 per hour

DBHDS is seeking dedicated, experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Professionals. A LPN at DBHDS is responsible for providing advanced nursing care for patients with psychiatric disorders in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, as well as nursing standards and regulations.
LPNs are also responsible for safely implementing the use of Seclusion/Restraints including knowledge of physical/emotional risk factors of the patients served at the facility.
Positions are available for second shift. Flexible schedules are available. This position may be eligible or required to work overtime. This position will work every other weekend. This position will work some holidays on a rotating basis with other nurses
