Pharmacy Manager

Queens-based healthcare facility is seeking a weekend Pharmacy Manager to oversee operations as required.

Weekend Schedule (Fri-Sun; 2-3 days)

Hourly pay range: $66 - $70 per hour, depending on years of experience.

• Manage and oversee pharmacy operations during weekends.
• Ensure coverage and supervise staff during weekends.
• Identify, resolve, and report problems that occur during weekend operations.
• Communicates the status of weekend operations to the director of pharmacy or designee on a routine basis.
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting weekend work quality indicators/statistics.
• Assists and supports pharmacy leadership with quality assurance and compliances.
• Participate in the development and implementation of medication quality and safety initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Skills:
NYS Board of Pharmacy License required.
A Graduate from an approved School of Pharmacy. Must fulfill NY State required continuing education for Pharmacists.
Leadership experience required.
