Instead of your account being paused when you run out of candidates with your jobs offline you can continue to receive candidates at $15 for candidates received beyond your monthly limit.

Candidates
By disabling additional candidates your account will be paused if you run out of
candidate credits. Any jobs will no longer be public, and you will not be able to
request profiles from the database.
