TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an Assistant DON with a current TX or compact state RN license.

Must have at least 3 years of management/supervisor experience in an LTAC facility.

Candidate will be responsible for assisting the DON in providing, planning, managing nursing care, nursing services and health education to residents and patients, helps develop and implement the staff plan and nursing schedule that reflects the census, completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state regulations, required to perform patient care duties as required, performs other duties as required.

M-F 8-5 (Required to take call)

-LTAC experience
