Responsibilities

· Work under the direction of client

· A Licensed Vocational Nurse working through Thusa Services performs clinical responsibilities such as taking vital signs and manage patient charts.

· Assisting patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding

· Performing basic nursing procedures, such as administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs

· LVN’s work in a variety of nursing and residential care facilities, SNF’s, ALF’s, Memory Care Units, and more

· Document all care provided and submit paperwork

· Maintain patient confidentiality

· Passing the respective state’s competency exam and obtaining a certification or license—if applicable
