Job Description:
Our client is seeking dedicated Senior Nurse Managers for their high-volume Labor & Delivery unit in Houston, TX. These full-time roles involve managing and ensuring high-quality nursing care, overseeing staff, and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing care in Labor & Delivery, L&D OR, and OB ED.
- Ensure staff competence, assess and improve nursing practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Manage patient care plans, including high-risk pregnancies.
- Develop and implement department-specific initiatives and process improvements.
- Maintain a supportive environment for new nurses with training and education resources.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of recent leadership experience in L&D or Women's Services.
- Proven experience in high-volume Labor & Delivery units.
- MSN required.
- Current RN license and BLS certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
