We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team of dedicated health services professionals at both of our Fort Lauderdale & Pembroke Pines ICF locations. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for supporting providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants) in the provision of patient care, including but not limited to providing medication, recording vital signs, discussing chief health concerns, performing testing, and administering injections; assists with procedures and documentation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Current and Active State of Florida License as an LPN
One year of experience, preferred
Experience of working in a Group Home or ICF setting is a plus!
Must pass Level II Background, Drug screening, PPD, and Physical
Position involves lifting and/or transferring up to 50 lbs. bending, squatting, and other physical exertion, as necessary
Medical Requirements: All hired candidates will be required to take a yearly Flu and COVID-19 shot or provide proof of vaccination. Medical and Religious exemptions are accepted and must be provided to HR.
