Elder Care Homecare is looking for a Full Time Visiting Nurse Manager for our NYC Clientele. We are looking for a New York State Registered Nurse to help support our clients and Caregivers as we continue to grow our business! We dedicate ourselves to improving our seniors' quality of life, supporting our Caregivers and Nurses out in the field and cultivating a great environment with one another! Responsibilities

Overseeing Clientele that are assigned for your care
Creating and maintaining relationships with our Caregivers and Nurses caring for your client
Executing, implementing and updating Plan of Care for the client, ensuring Caregiver is aware of changes
90% of your time will be out in the field
Onboarding prospect clients
Monitoring Discharge from Hospital, SNF or Rehab
Completing administrative paperwork in accordance with our policy and NYS DOH

Remote interview process
