ACI Health is actively seeking reliable and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ambulatory care team in Syracuse, NY. This full-time, weekday position offers a structured schedule and the opportunity to make a daily impact in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in an ambulatory clinical setting

Obtain and document vital signs, patient histories, and clinical updates

Assist with procedures, examinations, and treatments

Administer injections, medications, and immunizations as prescribed

Record patient interactions accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

Keep exam rooms and clinical areas stocked, clean, and organized

Support patient education and assist with scheduling and follow-ups

Maintain professionalism, patient privacy, and adherence to clinical protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in outpatient or ambulatory settings

Familiarity with EMR systems such as EPIC

Minimum Requirements:

Active New York State LPN License (Required)

Current BLS Certification (Required or must be obtained before start)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Must be available to start on Friday, June 27

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and health clearance
