Responsible for delivering cost-effective, flexible, and user-friendly wellness solutions to manage and improve the health and productivity of clients' employee population. Works with our client services team and wellness vendors to empower clients to deliver, implement, manage and measure their health and wellness initiatives.
Summary of essential job functions/responsibilities
Develops, implements and evaluates programs and tools for employer groups focused on Workplace Wellness that is designed to improve the health, productivity, and culture of their employee population
Works in partnership with Director of Kinetiq Health to review tools and vendors to enhance worksite wellness offerings
Responsible for maintaining business partnerships with best in class wellness vendors
Acts as an internal consultant to Sales, Marketing, and Client Services to provide health and wellness expertise and support to clients
In partnership with client engagement team, assesses work sites of employer groups to help the account understand their current culture, healthy climate, facilities, and policies and how they influence the health of their employee population
Establishes metrics to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of wellness programs
Provides project management support to on-site/near-site clinic programs
Creates and leads wellness committees for assigned client
Organizes health screenings and various health improvement programs and seminars
Coordinates case management needs working with internal team and partner carriers to target high risk and large claimant individuals
Utilizes data analytics to develop strategic wellness programming and monthly clinical reporting
Delivers annual clinical reviews to clients, working with account team to identify necessary plan design changes
High School Diploma/GED required
Bachelor's degree is required; health and/or wellness related field preferred
Bachelor's degree is preferred in nursing or medical-related field with demonstrated healthcare experience
Two to three years' experience leading corporate wellness programs and addressing employee health needs and risks
Health-related certification(s) preferred: Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES); Certified Health and Wellness Coach (WellCoach or ACE); ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
Strong project leadership skills
Proven ability to be collaborative with strong multi-tasking skills
Ability to work within a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, and produce accurate results while meeting established deadlines
Ability to work independently with limited supervision and demonstrate initiative
Must be a strategic thinker, results-driven, and team player with excellent written/verbal communication skills
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time and navigate through the office. Must be able to lift 20lbs (equivalent to a case of paper)
Must be able to function within a moderate noise level office environment
Ability to travel to and work in the corporate office located in Indianapolis, Indiana is required, in addition to client locations.
