BELOW ARE THE BASIC REQUIREMENTS: a registered dialysis nurse specializing in providing acute hemodialysis care to critically ill patients in hospital settings, primarily focusing on assessing patient needs, initiating and monitoring dialysis treatments, managing complications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes, all within the specific protocols and standards set by RPNT Acute Services; essentially, they are responsible for the complete nursing care of acutely ill patients requiring dialysis treatment in a hospital environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) or relevant acute care experience preferred
Completion of a recognized acute dialysis nursing course
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills in managing critically ill patients
Proficiency in operating hemodialysis machines and related equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
