Busy multi-physician pain management practice seeks 3 RN positions. Current open Positions available are below:
1) RN Clinical Director (Fayetteville and/or Atlanta Location) – seeks hands-on RN to work in and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), procedure rooms, and clinic. Travel to all locations as needed.
This individual will develop and implement the policies and procedures of the clinic site, assist with hiring and training of the clinical staff, provide direction to the oversite of the clinic, and ensure clinical and regulatory compliance for the practice and ASC. Responsibilities are primarily on the procedural side but will also oversee practice and clinic locations.
Requires a minimum of one (1) year of management with a surgical practice - experience with the following specialties a plus, but not required; pain management, general surgery, ortho, neuro, endo, interventional radiology, and/or vascular surgery.
Must have excellent clinical, organizational and leadership skills, a patient service advocate, and the ability to develop and motivate the clinical team.
Must lead by example, work cooperatively with all physicians and co-clinicians in the clinic and surgical suite.
Experience with eClinicalWorks a big plus!
2) Staff RN (Fayetteville Location) – seeking a RN candidate as soon as possible to provide care for patients! ***New Grad or RNs with less than 1-3 years of experience are being considered and are welcome to apply.
Provide care for patients before, during, and after procedures.
Knowledge of policies, regulations, infection control practices, and procedures to administer quality patient care to patients at the Practice.
Ability to provide professional medical services as an RN to patients in accordance with the principles, methods and techniques of the Practice.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions. Ability to develop and maintain department quality assurance.
3) Charge Nurse RN (Atlanta/Downtown Location) – seeks RN candidate who will be responsible for managing all aspects of nursing responsibilities during shifts, from processing patients in and out to delegating nursing rounds and procedures.
Assumes the authority, responsibility and accountability of directing the shift. Delegate the shift's tasks to all of the RNs and coordinates with physicians who might need assistance.
Ability to assist in providing patient care as needed in accordance with the principles, methods and techniques of the Practice. High level of familiarity with hospital safety practices and procedures of the Practice.
2+ years' supervisory nursing experience preferred to include Pre/Post-Operative or Operating Room experience, preferably in an ASC or other surgical setting for the RN position.
BLS, ACLS; Registered Nurse (RN) Preferred
