Overview:
Advantage Staffing Services, an RN-owned and operated healthcare staffing agency, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Odessa, TX. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment with potential for contract extension or direct hire upon completion.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Triage, assess, and stabilize patients presenting with acute illnesses or injuries.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety procedures.

Requirements:
- Active Texas RN license or compact state equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience.
- Current BLS and ACLS, PALS, TNCC.
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Active Texas RN license or compact state equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience.
- Current BLS and ACLS, PALS, TNCC.
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
