JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
Registered Nurse – Cardiovascular Operating Room - Travel - (Cardiac - OR - CVOR RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2082.65 - $2295.16

5 ORs. Adults and geriatrics. On call requirements- Saturday and Sunday 24 hrs; 5p-7a M-F. EPIC EMR. Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Open heart and vascular procedures (both open and endovascular) Common medications: IV contrast, locals Must have 2 years exp, exp with vascular device access and dialysis fistulas. Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, CVOR
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

BLS, ACLS + NIHSS
EPIC
1 Year of Experience in Specialty
1 year min open Heart & Endo Vascular (CVOR Unit)
Must have 2 years exp, exp with vascular device access and dialysis fistulas.

Preferred Qualifications
Scrub
5 Years of Experience in Specialty
Previous Travel Experience
EPIC EMR Experience
