RN Day Shift Monday-Friday

Registered Nurse needed for busy Medical Adult Day Care facility. Must be dedicated, ambitious, positive, friendly and work well with others!! Medical Day Care, LTSS and InerRAI experience a plus but not required. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, assessments, progress notes, care plans, reportable events, communicating with care providers and physicians on client status, and supervision/oversight of coordination of care.
