Schedule of the Licensed Practical Nurse:
⚪This is a Part-time position
⚪Monday, Tuesday, Friday
⚪8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse:
⚪Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and assist in the development of patient care plans.
⚪Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians in accordance with established protocols.
⚪Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure accurate documentation of all nursing interventions.
⚪Assist physicians during examinations and minor medical procedures, maintaining a sterile and organized environment.
⚪Provide patient education on medications, treatments, and post-procedural care.
⚪Ensure timely and accurate charting of patient information in electronic health records (EHR).
⚪Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless communication.
⚪Maintain infection control standards and adhere to all safety protocols.
⚪Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and managing medical records.
⚪Foster a positive and compassionate environment for patients, addressing their concerns with empathy.

⚪Must have a valid LPN license in NJ with a clear understanding of state nursing regulations.
⚪Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working as an LPN in a healthcare setting, preferably in a doctor's office.
⚪Must be proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare software.
⚪Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
⚪Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
⚪Must know medical office procedures, including scheduling and medical record management.
⚪Must have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
⚪CPR certification and additional certifications may be required based on state regulations
