Physical Therapist - Notre Dame, IN

Physical Therapist coverage for maternity leave-dates may change slightly

Perform initial evaluation, follow-up treatments, help with laundry
>Manual Therapy, Vestibular Rehab, Orthopedic post-op rehab, rehab of spinal disorders, experience in treatment of elbow, wrist, hand disorders.

**Experience in out-patient orthopedics & sports injuries.

Patient age range: 45-55
M-F, 8a-5p

Requirements
Required skills and experience:
Active PT license in IN
BLS
Valid American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) license/certification in Indiana (IN)
Experience in out-patient orthopedics & sports injuries
