When patients are discharged from the hospital and need additional home care, we are there for them. Our company goal is to always be ready and always caring. We offer full time, part time and per diem opportunities. We can accommodate any schedule: weekdays, evenings, overnight, and weekends.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform duties outlined in patient’s plan of care

· TBI + SCI rehabilitation

· Pediatrics

· Ventilator and Tracheotomy care

· Gastrostomy tube care

· Dispensing medications

· Observe clients physical, mental and emotional conditions

· Report any changes



Required Qualifications,skills and Knowledge

· Valid Driver’s License

· Social Security Card

· Current state RN license

· Negative PPD

· BLS or ACLS

· Flu Vaccine
