URGENT Need for LPN's in Hathorne, MA

We have an urgent need for LPNs and CNAs for a static crisis assignment starting 1/6/22.


Location: Hathorne, MA 01937

Orientation for this site will be doing their assigned shift. Also staff will be tested twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On the first day, they will need to report 30 minutes prior to their shift to get a rapid test done on the first day.

Shifts Available:

1st shift 6:45a.m. - 3:15 p.m.
2nd shift 2:45 p.m. - 11:15 p.m.
3rd shift 11 p.m. - 7 a.m.

This is a static site. They will work with mental disabled patients. Here is the job duties for a DCW that we use for a CNA. On the bulletin regarding driving to appointment, we will clarified the staff will not drive but may have to ride and assist their staff with patients.

Tasks Include:

Assist in the implementation of habilitative, behavioral and recreational programs; perform program-related cooking and housekeeping duties; dispense medications in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations;
Communicate about, and with, the individuals served in a manner which promotes their growth, human rights and integration into the community;
Assist, instruct and support individuals in understanding and exercising their rights to their fullest potential;
Report, as mandatory reporters, all abuse and neglect to the residential supervisor and to the Director of Residential support all incidences of abuse in accordance with regulations; and complete required paperwork;
May drive individuals to work, appointments and recreational outings;
Perform crisis intervention; and maintain confidential records of individuals.
No testing or vaccination. Total care of patients
