Servicing our Seniors, SOS Corp

Looking for a dedicated LPN to assist a senior who wishes to remain home and age in place. This person will take care of all meds, getting them from the pharmacy and dispensing into the med box. Attend a weekly in person meeting with the senior. Assist the care staff with someone to call if they need assistance pertaining to the medical care. Work with the Nurse Practitioner to execute the best care. Schedule and attend Doctor appointments outside the home.

Description

LPN

To assist in the medical care of a female senior who wishes to remain at home and age in place. Work with the care team to answer questions pertaining to her medical needs. Work hand and hand with the Nurse Practitioner. Schedule and attend doctor appointments.
Pick up meds at pharmacy and dispense into bill boxes.
Be able to do a hospital intake if needed be present.
Face to face meeting once a week to go over needs and concerns as they pertain to medical care.

Part time. Very rewarding :)
