REQUIREMENTS

* Updated Current Resume
* Registered Nurse (RN) License, If Required By Hawaii
* Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications (AHA certifications)
* 2 Current Clinical References (two Supervisor Reference Preferred, sometime required)
* TB Skin Test -or- Blood Test (Within 12-Months) (2-step PPD may be required)
* Titers/Immunizations (MMR/Hepatitis B/Varicella)
* Current Flu Vaccination (October - March)
* Must Pass Background Check & Urine Drug Screening
