RN- Home Health Case Manager

We are seeking travel Registered Nurse's (RN) for a home health case manager position in Rochester, NY!

Details:
13 week contract with possibility to extend
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, weekends as needed
Must be 50+ miles from facility
Weekly Stipend $1400. Hourly Taxable $20. Weekly Take-home $2120.

Certified Home Health care experience required
