Home Health Nurse - (HH RN)

Assess, plans, implements and evaluates the nursing care needed by the newly admitted patient in the home care arena. Coordinates interdisciplinary care. Ensures that appropriate care be delivered to all patients utilizing the nursing process, establish standards of care, and regulatory standards, Agency policies, procedures and directives. Provides services in a manner consistent with Agency philosophy and mission.
Must have current Alabama Registered Nurse License
Experience Required: Two (2) years of experience in general medical-surgical nursing and one (1) year experience in Medicare reimbursed home health nursing
Experience Desired: Two (2) years of experience in Medicare reimbursed home health nursing
