Live in RN Supervisor for staff and daily nursing care assessments of residents needed for mini skilled nursing homes that care for Trach and vent residents who reside in our homes. We currently have two care homes which house four residents each and will advance to three homes in the near future. There are highly trained caregivers at each home who give complete care for the residents on 12 hour shifts. Pay will be Salary plus included is a 2 bedroom 1 bath private living quarters. Utilities, internet, cable are included.

Requirements for this position are as follows:
Current RN license
2-10 years RN experience
Resume with 3 references
Valid CPR and First Aide card
Current Fingerprint Card
Must be able to work 12 hr shifts if needed , have good interpersonal skills and be able to work independently, strong leadership skills.

Current RN license able to work in ARIZON
5-10 years RN experience
