We are seeking a Registered Nurse RN to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients. Position is for an initial 13-week contract with the option to renew/extend pending adequate work performance and attendance.

We are looking to fulfill our 12-hour shifts: 7a- 7:30pm or 7p- 730am. Which of these two shifts you will be assigned to, will be based on where the greatest need is at that time; therefore, we ask candidates to be open to either one. The schedule is 4- 12 hour shifts per week (a 48 hour workweek), working every other weekend. Please note, you will be required to attend hospital orientation which will be on day shift Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM for approximately 2 weeks.

Responsibilities:

*Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
*Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
*Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
*Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
*Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
*Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
*Maintain accurate patient medical records
*Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

Qualifications:

*Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
*Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
*Ability to build rapport with patients
*Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
