We want to speak with you today if you have the following qualifications:

- Possess a minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible nursing experience, 5 to 7 years of which
serving as an executive in a larger hospital or healthcare system.
- Must have Behavioral Health management experience in Inpatient and Outpatient settings
- Comprehensive strategic planning and execution experience.
- Quality-driven with a track record of significantly improving satisfaction scores.
- Operational detail is essential with experience working in an academic environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels.
- History of building, managing and sustaining complex partnerships.
- Department advocate with the innate ability to maintain intra-institutional partnerships.
- Proven history of budget development.
- Effective use of data analytics skills, experience, and judgment when making decisions.
- Bachelor’s of Nursing (BSN) required
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN), Business (MBA) or Healthcare Administration (MHA) is required.
- Doctoral degree is strongly preferred!
- Excellent communication skills with Bilingual capabilities preferred.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and direction
- Develop, implement and monitor annual goals and objectives for areas of responsibility
- Ensure accountability for the achievement of Behavioral Health and Healthj System goals
- Responsible for effective fiscal management of Behavioral Health
- Partner with the Chief Nursing Office to prepare the annual budget
- Monitor performance reports and other financial data
- Make sound financial decisions with respect to staffing, equipment, supplies, and other resources
- Work in partnership with key stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive performance
improvement program
- Support research and the integration of research into Behavioral Health service delivery
- Ensure a high level of compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, state and other regulatory agencies
- Develop, manage and sustain excellent relationships with medical staff
- Work closely with Behavioral Health medical leadership to assure Behavioral Health excels
- Communicate effectively with nurses, ancillary staff, and other departments/units across the health
system.
- Establish and maintain regular communication with other health systems and local healthcare providers
as necessary
- Establish a culture that promotes loyalty (retention) to the facility and its patients
