Pay: $79.15/hr (W-2)

About the Role
Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our MinuteClinic team in Dunkirk, MD. The NP will deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary and family care to patients in a collaborative clinical environment.

Clinic Hours
Mon–Fri: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Sat: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Sun: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
(Alternating schedule: 38 hours one week / 27 hours the next = 65 hours every 2 weeks)

Weekend & holiday rotations required

Key Responsibilities
Deliver primary and family care services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic health issues.
Provide health counseling, preventive care, and patient education to support wellness and chronic condition management.
Perform clinic operations such as opening/closing, maintaining cleanliness, verifying insurance, and managing payments.
Collaborate with the clinical care team to drive positive outcomes for patient panels.
Document accurately using electronic health records (EHR) and follow clinical protocols.
Encourage patient engagement and self-care through education and screening programs.

Required Qualifications
Education: Master’s Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program.
Certification: Current National Board Certification and active Nurse Practitioner license in Maryland.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of recent primary care or family practice NP experience preferred.
New graduates considered if completion of CVS MinuteClinic primary care training program.
Certifications: Current BLS certification (must provide upon offer).
DEA registration: Required upon offer acceptance (for MD location).
