Job URL:

• Assessing residents, initiate physician orders, administer medication, and complete procedures and treatments in accordance with resident needs and physician orders.
• Completing and documenting procedures and appropriate information on the resident’s medical record in a timely manner according to policies and procedures
• Prioritizing assignment to complete care for assigned residents in a timely manner, making adjustments throughout the shift to meet immediate needs of residents when necessary
• Serve as a resource to others and promote a positive work environment
• Preparing, administering, and/or supervising administration of medications treatments and other nursing services as ordered by the physician and according to policies and procedures
• Providing directions and monitoring of medications for residents who are receiving medications by Medication Aides
• Assisting with admissions, transfers, and dismissals

Job Requirements

• RN License for Nebraska
• CPR Certification
• Physical and TB Skin Test within the last year
• Proof of MMR/MMR Titers
• Ability to life up to 75 pounds
