The aesthetic nurse will make medical decisions within the scope of their degree and level of training under the leadership and direction of the Medical Director.
In addition to being able to work in an environment that is dedicated to improving patient’s quality of life, you will participate in building long-term relationships with patients who often return for maintenance and educating patients on other beneficial aesthetic treatments and therapies.
Allure Aesthetics promotes an ethic of teamwork. We expect staff members to contribute fully to the success of the business, embracing needs that arise whether within the strict confines of their job description or not. As the needs of the company are fluid, we hope that all staff members are willing to ‘roll up their sleeves’ and ‘jump in wherever needed.’ An individual who feels that they should not be asked to perform tasks outside of their job description is unlikely to thrive at Allure.
