About Pleasant View Surgery Center:
Specialize in Orthopedic and Neurosurgical procedures.
2 Operating Rooms well supported by 3 full-time circulators, 3 full-time surgical techs, 3 prn surgical techs, and 2 prn RNs.
Open Monday -Friday
Paid Holidays/401K/Medical/Dental/Vision and start with 3 weeks PTO per year.
No weekends/no call.
Low turnover
Operating Room Circulating Nurse responsibilities include:
Assists in positioning, responding to the comfort/safety of the patient
Provides for accurate care and handling of specimens
Observe and enforce strict standards of asepsis
Observes, checks, and monitors all equipment used during surgery to confirm they are running smoothly
Handles patient documentation
Inventories all items both pre-and post-surgery
We are looking for a competent Operating Room Circulating Nurse to assist surgeons during operations and keep the operating room sterile at all times.
The ideal candidate needs to possess exceptional efficiency, attention to detail, compassion, and a good knowledge of the operating room environment.
Would consider making this a part-time position for the right candidate.
