Responsibilities:
Conduct physical examinations and observe patients
Document medical histories and symptoms of patients
Create patient care plans
Keep track of any changes in patient’s health and adjust their treatment plant accordingly
Train patients and their families to manage and prevent illness and injury
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care to patients admitted to the hospital
Work closely with physicians, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Advocate for patients' needs, rights, and preferences while promoting a patient-centered and culturally sensitive approach to care.
