Patient is a 65 y/o male with medical history of HF, Ischemic cardiomyopathy, CAD, DMI, OM who was admitted from General Medicine last 1/14/2021 and discharged 1/18/2021 due to worsening bilateral wounds. S/P TMA 1/16/2021. Patient lives alone. Complaints of pain in the right heel and usually patients also stated that he does not feel anything. Patient had left toes amputation. Patient has had right big toe, second toe and small toe amputation. Daily dressing changes with POVIDONE IODINE 10% TOPICAL SOLUTION, COLLAGENASE SANTYL , hydrofera blue dressing, 4x4 gauze, kerlix ace to left foot. Daily dressing to right foot with POVIDONE IODINE 10% TOPICAL SOLUTION, IODOSORB 0.9% Cadexomer Iodine Gel, 4x4 gauze, kerlix ace for wrap
