1K sign on bonus after 3 months of employment; 1k at one year.
Pay: $32-$45/HR

As a Registered Nurse you will:
Work Monday - Friday in a day shift position. No weekends, evenings, or holidays.
Provide Health Assessments monthly to individuals having developmental disabilities and monitor medical needs daily
Ensure a culture of Gentleness and respect for the individuals at DPI.
Complete all documentation requirements timely and accurately by either utilizing computer system, Therap and/or hand written methods as indicated by supervisor as required by state regulation.
Passing medication as outlined in the DPI medication policy
Participate in individual health planning
Assist with carrying out the Policy and Guidelines for Day Services for Infection Control, event reporting, staff implementation of guidelines and training
Attend individual care meetings as requested to review relevant medical issues.
Attend seminars, training sessions and staff meetings as required
Maintain a positive professional attitude with staff, individuals served, collaborate agencies and the public.
The minimum qualifications for this position are:
A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and a reliable vehicle.
Three years’ experience working in a health care setting
A stable work history
4 year BSN degree & valid State of Missouri nursing license
Must be skilled in delegating staff and able to work as a member of a team
Ability to quickly learn and successfully navigate computer applications
Experience working with individuals having developmental disabilities preferred by not required
G-tube and catheterization experience
First Aid/CPR Trainer Certification (would be willing to obtain)

DPI’s program focuses on building strengths, fostering independence, changing lives, and developing potential. This mission drives DPI’s program services and the commitment DPI has to helping individuals achieve an adult, dignified lifestyle.
