Position: Registered Pharmacist
Location: San Francisco, CA
Shift: 10:00AM-6:30PM
Duration: 12 weeks
Pay: $63-$65/hr

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy and patient care, with experience in various pharmacy settings, including long-term care (LTC) and acute care environments. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal medication management and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients, including medication therapy management and patient assessments.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized medication plans.
Compounding medications as needed, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
Administer immunizations and educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) and electronic health record (EHR) systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. - Requirements
