Job Title: Registered Nurse – Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT)
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19140
Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Position Overview:
A leading healthcare facility in Philadelphia is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) unit. This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled nursing professional with experience in oncology or transplant care to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing bone marrow transplants.

Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and patient families to create and implement individualized care plans.

Monitor patient conditions and treatment responses, and adjust care plans accordingly.

Supervise and support nursing staff in delivering direct patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with professional standards and facility policies.

Educate and provide emotional support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.

Qualifications:
License: Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license – Required

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program – Required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in oncology, transplant, or a related specialty – Preferred

Qualifications:
License: Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license – Required

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program – Required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in oncology, transplant, or a related specialty – Preferred
