Our Licensed Home Care Agency is looking to hire an RN Supervisor to work directly with our current RN Supervisor. This position would be for 4-5 days per week (Monday through Friday) but can be flexible. I would like this position to start as soon as possible.

General office hours are 8am-4:30pm but there is some flexibility in this position, and we would love to talk to any interested candidates about their own scheduling needs.

All experience levels are welcome as there will be another RN to offer oversight and support, however home care experience is strongly preferred

Primary duties of this job include:

supervision of the field staff (PCAs, HHAs, RNs)
Nursing visits (med pours, assessments etc.)
Documentation and charting
keeping client records and MD orders up to date.
UAS assessments
On occasion there will be cases that involve wound care, or med administration as well.
A reliable vehicle is a must as you will be required to travel throughout the community.

This position also includes being on call, part time. On call usually only requires you to respond to emergency phone calls which are screened first by our coordinator. In rare cases you would be required to make a visit while on call, based upon your judgement.

Currently due to the pandemic many of our "visits" are being done via telehealth, however we do expect that to change at some point as restrictions lift.

The vast majority of the visits will be done during normal office hours (8am-4:30pm) but there is the occasional scheduled evening or weekend visit that will need to be done as well, flexibility is a must but we are happy to offer that in return.

We would like somebody who is energetic, self motivated, friendly, and easy to work with. You will be required to manage and budget your own time.
