trustaff is currently seeking an experienced OR RN for a full-time, direct-hire position with a medical facility located in Las Cruces, NM. Shift 3pm to 11pm and a 12 hour shift 7am to 7:30pm with Saturday Rotation Required to FLOAT all areas as needed. Credentials required: RN Lic and BLS. Will you accept pending license - Yes but must have an active NM RN Lic or Compact State Lic before starting. Details of unit (average census, floating requirements, culture of unit, total FTE’s): 77 Total FTEs No Floating Required – We do about 500 cases a month ranging from Robotics to Ortho to include Bariatric – Culture is fast paced with a busy OR. Great Team Work and Collaboration with great communication between nursing and medical staff. Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing. Minimum required: Associates Degree. Three (3) years as an RN in a Hospital OR or ASC. $5,000 paid on the employee’s first paycheck. $5,000 paid after 12 months of employment. Up to $5,000 with original receipts.
