Shift & Time: 0900-2100 variable

Requirements: Associate Degree in Nursing is required; bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. 2 years of clinical experience & 6 months of leadership experience. State RN license or RN license from a participating compact state. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification. Must live outside of 60mile radius from facility.
Pay Package: $1,246 stipend, $38.85 hourly taxable rate, for weekly gross total of $2,800.

Responsible for developing, achieving, and maintaining the goals of a unit or department by focusing on the unit or department’s daily operations. Consistently promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers. Collaboratively works with nurse leaders in maintaining productivity, supporting initiatives, and ensuring units/departments are appropriately staffed. Will assist in identifying staff development needs with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education. Operationalized when nurse manager span of control (headcount) is greater than 70.
