As we prepare for our next generation of service, we are seeking a full time LPN/RN Director of Assisted Living to join our outstanding leadership team! This team member will be responsible for overall day to day operations and delivery of high-quality assisted living and memory care services, demonstrating inspiring leadership, coaching and motivating others to do their best in a warm professional manner. The Director will ensure a high level of clinical care, oversight, response and follow-up, including caring for Residents experiencing all levels of dementia through our nationally recognized “Heartfelt Connections” program. In addition to relevant assisted living, memory care, and supervisory experience, candidates should have a strong interest/curiosity in technology and its role in benefiting the lives of our residents.
Current Virginia State LPN or RN license, and experience with geriatric population required. Assistance in achieving Virginia AL Administrator license available, if needed. Should possess strong organizational and time management skills, a high degree of interpersonal relationship skills, and be capable of relating to a variety of people and personalities. Considerable judgment, initiative, and leadership skills are also required, along with the ability to direct and manage personnel.
