-Manage and lead the assigned unit to ensure top-tier patient care is
delivered at all times.
-Coordinate nursing services and maintain adherence to established
standards to enhance patient outcomes.
-Utilize clinical expertise and management skills to support and mentor

-Evaluate patient care processes and make necessary adjustments to

-Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of
Nursing.
-Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nevada,
along with current ACLS, NRP, and BCLS certifications.
-Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience, with one (1) to two (2)
years of progressive management experience.
-Ability to provide care services tailored to the age-specific needs of
patients in the unit.
